Landscape Assistant in the Inclusion Department (m/f/d)
The HEX adventure world at the world's largest witch's broom is a unique leisure attraction operated by the Service Gesellschaft des Landkreises Nordhausen mbH in Rothesütte in the Harz mountains. Here, we combine myth and modernity, nature and adventure to create a special place for guests from near and far. We want to build an inclusion department together with you – the first step on the way to becoming a recognized inclusive business. You will be involved from the very beginning and play an active role in shaping it! For us, the focus is on the person, not the limitation!
- Maintenance and landscaping of outdoor areas
- Lawn mowing and green space maintenance
- Weeding and leaf clearing
- Winter services (snow clearing, gritting)
- Maintenance of paths and squares
- Comprehensive training provided by experienced gardeners
- Workplace adjustments tailored to your skills
- Ongoing support in your daily work routine
- Permanent position with performance-based pay
