Cleaning Assistant in the Inclusion Department (m/f/d)
The HEX adventure world at the world's largest witch's broom is a unique leisure attraction operated by the Service Gesellschaft des Landkreises Nordhausen mbH in Rothesütte in the Harz mountains. Here, we combine myth and modernity, nature and adventure to create a special place for guests from near and far. We want to build an inclusion department together with you – the first step on the path to becoming a recognized inclusive business. You will be involved from the very beginning and play an active role in shaping it! For us, inclusion means: Everyone has the right to equal participation in working life!
- Cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas
- Maintenance of sanitary facilities and common rooms
- Waste disposal and recycling
- Care and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Compliance with hygiene standards
- Structured onboarding with dedicated points of contact
- Ongoing support from specialized professionals
- Adapted workflows based on individual capabilities
